Ultima Online — next season start dates

About Ultima Online

Ultima Online is a classic MMORPG with skill-based progression, crafting, trading, housing and PvP. Its official seasonal shard, New Legacy, uses a separate ruleset and accelerated skill gain. It reworks familiar Britannia for a seasonal adventure rather than recreating a historical version exactly. New Legacy Season 2 begins October 15, 2026. The opening time has not been announced. Soft launch began October 1, with a final wipe scheduled for October 13 before the full season launch. Season 2 runs until June 2027 and adds Chivalry, onboarding tutorials, new Family Heirlooms, and crafting and animal-taming changes. The shard is located in the US and supports both free Endless Journey accounts and paid subscriptions. Free accounts have restrictions; advanced builds require a subscription. At the end of the season, the world closes and eligible characters and items can move to regular shards under the publisher’s transfer rules.
