About Lineage Classic
Lineage Classic (리니지 클래식) is the Korean classic service for the original Lineage, run by NCSOFT itself. This is the same 1998 Lineage — top-down view, castle sieges and clan blood pledges — restored to the rules players knew before two decades of updates. On September 16, 2026, the "Aden" episode arrives: the new land of the kingdom of Aden and the Tower of Mania. The story revolves around an empty throne — Duke Depil died in the fifth year of his reign, Ken Rauhel called himself the king's nephew and took the throne, and the underage prince has vanished somewhere in Aden. Alongside the episode, NCSOFT opens a new server — also named "Aden" and billed as PVP. For anyone who wants a clean start, this is the event of the month: everyone begins from scratch, old clans have no head start, and the first sieges play out from zero. The server goes live on September 16 at 20:00 KST. Pre-registration runs from September 9 to October 14: it grants a chest that, on the new server, opens into a starter equipment set — a +6 weapon of your choice, an armor set and a ring. On older servers the chest is different, with entries to the Tower of Mania.
